Do you offer clothes only for women over 40?
Our collections are designed with women over 40 in mind, but anyone who appreciates timeless elegance and versatile fashion will love our pieces.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Yes, our clothing is designed to run true to size. You can check our detailed size guide on each product page to find your best fit.
Do you offer petite or plus sizes?
Our collection includes a wide range of sizes designed to flatter different body types. Please refer to our size chart for specific measurements.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our most popular essentials are restocked, but seasonal and trending pieces are often limited. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone.

How do I care for my DeModa pieces?
Most of our items are easy-care and machine washable. Specific care instructions are included on each product page and garment label.
Are your fabrics high-quality?
Yes, our items fabrics are both stylish and durable, ensuring your pieces last season after season.
Do you offer styling advice?

Orders
How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Browse our collections, choose your favorite items, select your size, and click "Add to Cart." Follow the easy checkout process, and voilà! Your joyful pieces will be on their way to you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to stay updated on the journey of your DeModa pieces.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Contact us at jennifer@demodaapparel.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
What if something doesn’t fit?
No worries, we want you to love your purchase. You can request a return or exchange within our policy window (read our policies for full details).
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We begin processing orders quickly to make sure you get your items on time. If you need to make a change or cancel, please email us at jennifer@demodaapparel.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order once it’s in processing or shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders under $100 ship for $8.95. Orders over $100 ship free.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing,
and at most 5–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Do you offer express shipping?
At the moment, we offer standard shipping. We’re working on adding more shipping options in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my items?
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached. Final-sale, clearance, intimate apparel, and custom items are not returnable.
Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order—you’ll receive a store credit code once your return is approved, which you can use to order your desired item or size.
How do I start a return?
Email us at jennifer@demodaapparel.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization number. Once approved, ship your item back within 7 days.
What is your return window?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
Which items are not eligible for return?
Final-sale, clearance, intimate apparel, and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do exchanges work?
Exchanges are processed as a return + new order. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a store credit code to place a new order for the correct size or style.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges. We only refund shipping costs if the item arrived damaged or defective.
