Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate: $8.95 for all U.S. orders under $100
• Free Shipping: Orders of $100 or more ship free within the U.S.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically arrives in 5-10 business days after processing (most orders arrive sooner). Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. 

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at jennifer@demodaapparel.com within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue.
