De Moda Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in new, resellable condition and include all original packaging.
  • Final-sale, clearance, intimate apparel, and custom items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a store credit code to place a new order for the desired item/size.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus any shipping charges.
  • We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover shipping.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at jennifer@demodaapparel.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
